Payment Policy
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
This Payment Policy explains how payments are presented, authorized, processed, and refunded when you purchase products or services from Hoan Anh Jewelry through https://hoananhjewelry.com or at our physical location in Westminster, California.
Payment options can vary by order, product, destination, transaction amount, account status, and the payment services available at the time of checkout. The payment methods displayed at checkout or confirmed by our team are the methods available for that transaction.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods made available by our online checkout and in-store payment system. Available methods may include credit or debit cards and digital-wallet or other electronic payment methods when those options are displayed or confirmed for the transaction.
We do not promise that every payment method will be available for every product, order, customer, location, or transaction. Some payment methods may be unavailable for custom work, high-value purchases, deposits, service appointments, international orders, or other transactions.
Please review the payment options displayed before submitting an online order. For in-store purchases or service work, ask our team which payment methods are currently accepted.
2. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Shipping
Product prices on the website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the product page or checkout clearly states otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may convert the transaction into another currency and may charge a foreign-exchange or international-transaction fee. Those fees are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by Hoan Anh Jewelry.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, and other purchase costs are shown at checkout when the checkout can calculate them for your order and delivery address. You are responsible for reviewing the order summary, total price, taxes, shipping charges, and any other disclosed costs before submitting the order.
The website currently advertises free shipping on orders over $99 when the order qualifies under the shipping configuration shown at checkout. Please review the Shipping Policy for additional information.
3. Payment Authorization and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products or services. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the request; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.
Before accepting or processing an order, we may verify product availability, pricing, shipping information, payment status, billing details, account information, and fraud-prevention signals. A payment provider may authorize, place a temporary hold on, decline, reverse, or capture a transaction according to its own procedures.
We may contact you for additional information when reasonably necessary to verify or complete a transaction. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and, where payment has already been captured, issue an appropriate refund or reversal according to the applicable payment provider and our policies.
4. Payment Security
Online payment information is transmitted through the checkout and payment services available on the website. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect payment-related information, but no website, payment transmission, or electronic storage method is completely secure.
Hoan Anh Jewelry does not ask customers to send full payment card numbers, CVV or security codes, passwords, or similar sensitive payment credentials by email, contact form, social media message, or ordinary text message. Do not provide that information in response to an unsolicited request.
Payment providers may process payment information under their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies. Please review the payment provider’s information when it is presented during checkout or when you use that provider’s service.
5. Declined, Failed, or Suspicious Transactions
An order may fail or be delayed if the payment method is declined, billing information does not match, the payment authorization expires, the transaction requires additional verification, the product becomes unavailable, or the order is flagged for potential fraud or misuse.
We may ask you to confirm information, use another payment method, correct billing or shipping details, or contact your financial institution. We may cancel or refuse an order when we cannot reasonably verify the transaction or when doing so is necessary to protect customers, the business, payment systems, or comply with law.
6. Custom Jewelry, Deposits, and Service Payments
Custom design, personalization, engraving, repair, restoration, piercing, and other services may require a deposit, consultation payment, estimate approval, or full payment before work begins. The applicable amount, timing, and refund or cancellation conditions will be communicated before you authorize the service or production whenever reasonably possible.
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, repaired, restored, or made-to-order work may have different cancellation and refund conditions because the work is performed for a specific customer. Review the applicable order confirmation and our Return & Refund Policy before approving production or service work.
7. Refunds and Credits
Approved refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. When possible, an online refund is sent to the original payment method used for the purchase. A different refund method may not be available because of payment-provider rules, fraud-prevention requirements, in-store payment procedures, or applicable law.
After Hoan Anh Jewelry approves and submits a refund, the time needed for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution. Contact us if you do not see an approved refund after the timeframe communicated for your order.
8. Pricing Errors and Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, prices, variants, and availability. If a material pricing, availability, product, or system error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order. If the order is canceled after payment has been captured, we will arrange an appropriate refund or reversal.
Product availability can change quickly, especially for one-of-a-kind, limited, custom, or in-store items. A product shown on the website is not guaranteed to remain available until the order has been accepted and confirmed by Hoan Anh Jewelry.
