Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, repaired, restored, and made-to-order work may require a consultation, deposit, written approval, measurement, design confirmation, or additional information before production begins.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the applicable design, size, material, gemstone, engraving, personalization, and other specifications before production or service work begins. Minor variations may occur because of the handcrafted nature of the work and the materials used.

Custom and personalized work may be subject to special cancellation, return, exchange, deposit, repair, and refund conditions. Review the order confirmation and our Return & Refund Policy before approving production or personalization.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product titles, descriptions, photographs, prices, variants, and availability accurate. Errors may occur, and information may change without notice before an order is accepted. A product shown on the Site is not guaranteed to remain available until Hoan Anh Jewelry accepts and confirms the order.
